New essay on Controlled Substances Act selected for Chapman legal symposium
Oliver’s essay on the Controlled Substances Act was chosen for the Chapman Law Review’s “paper-only” symposium of scholarly works, “A Fifty-Year Retrospective on Major Laws of the 91st Congress.” This symposium takes “a retrospective look at legislation that was proposed or passed in 1970, which was a critical year for legislation governing a myriad of health, safety, and environmental concerns.”
A copy of the paper is available here, and according to Digital Commons, it is a top downloaded paper for this law review.
