Presenting a new paper at Northeastern University

As part of the annual health law conference sponsored by the Center for Health Law and Policy at Northeastern University Law School, Oliver will be presenting a forthcoming paper, The Girl with the Cyber Tattoo, cowritten with Tamara Kramer. The theme of the 2019 conference, “Promises and Perils of Emerging Health Innovations,” examines how new technologies and market disruptions may offer immense promise to advance health care quality and efficiency but also pose potential perils that may diminish, rather than further, the health of patients, especially those who are the most vulnerable.
