New blog at Harvard Bill of Health

Oliver's new blog at Bill of Health, the health law blog for the Petrie Flom Center at Harvard Law School, features a discussion of the right to try and the right to die. The blog discusses the current legislative debate before Congress and looks at the possible constitutional and legal questions that may arise from enabling terminally ill patients to take unapproved drugs for one reason but not for an alternative reason.

The blog is based on a forthcoming paper that expands on an essay originally published in the Rutgers Journal of Bioethics.
